As the market continues to go online, and internet users demand more and more information, third party real estate websites like Zillow and Trulia are becoming the user’s first stop for information.
Even though real estate agent and broker websites generally have much more accurate property information, users see these third party sites as more valuable, because they combine property listings with tax valuations, market valuations, agent and broker ratings, as well as user generated content.
We as real estate professionals should look to making our websites as information rich and user friendly as possible. Just listing a property on your website is not enough anymore…
