Using Circles to Target Other Agents and Buyers

One of the major perks to using Google+ is being able to setup circles. For example, as a real estate agent, you might set up a circle of buying agents, a circle of potential buyers, and even a circle of real estate investors. The advantage to this is you can share information on Google+ and only share it with certain circles. This makes it quick and easy to share real estate videos, photos, and stats with some of your connections, but not all of them.

Host an Open House Online

Another useful way to sell houses through Google+ is to host an open house. This is a wonderful way for out of town buyers to see the house and all of its details without being there. Through the Google+ Hangout app, you can use your smartphone to host a meeting in which you walk the clients through the house, stop to answer questions, and even take a closer look at something that interests them.
